Interventional Pain Management and Physical Therapy
Dr. Gonzalez and his team have been practicing pain management and anesthesia services since 2004, with a combined experience of over 40 years. After an evaluation, patients are offered a plan to help manage their pain. - Selective Nerve Blocks: Local anesthetic or steroid applied to a specific nerve root.
- Facet Joint Injections: Local anesthetic and/or steroid to reduce or block pain.
- Caudal and Epidural Steroid Injections: For lower back and leg pain, herniated discs and spinal stenosis.
- Celiac Plexus Blocks: Often for cancer or chronic pancreatitis pain.
- Intercostal and Peripheral Nerve Blocks: For thoracic and nerve-related pain.
- Joint Injections: Knee, hip and shoulder.
- Radio Frequency Ablation: Thermal denervation of painful joints.
- Sacroiliac Joint Injections: To diagnose or treat SI joint pain.
- Trigger Point Injections: For focal muscle spasms.
- Carpal Tunnel Injections: Usually using steroids.
- Occipital Nerve Blocks: For specific types of headaches.
- Stellate Ganglion and Superior Hypogastric Plexus Blocks: For upper extremity CRPS and pelvic pain.
- Physical Therapy: Offered at the practice.
