Dr. Tolga Suvar is an accomplished Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at Rush University, where he also serves as Program Director of the Pain Medicine Fellowship, Director of Cancer Pain Management, and is an Attending Physician at Rush Pain Center in Chicago, IL. Born and raised in Queens, NY, as a first-generation American, Dr. Suvar has a deep-rooted passion for providing exceptional medical care to his patients.
Dr. Suvar earned his medical degree from Ross University and went on to complete his residency in anesthesia at the University of Arkansas. Recognizing the critical role of interventional pain management in improving patients’ lives, he pursued further specialization with a fellowship in interventional pain at Rush University. Today, Dr. Suvar holds double board certifications as an anesthesiologist and interventional pain management specialist.
